Trerose is equipped to an ETB 4* standard and sleeps 3, with one double and one single bedroom, both with views across the Green and down Restronguet Creek.
The comfortable lounge with a TV, DVD and separate CD player, looks out across a small lawned cottage garden. The kitchen/diner has a large walk-in larder. A sun room leads out into the rear garden which is largely laid to gravel, with feature plants and a patio with table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is a downstairs w.c., and upstairs bathroom with spa bath and shower attachment.
The cottage has oil-fired central heating. There are no extra charges for electricity and heating.
